Please Note that all transactions are all encrypted for security and safety. Also, all transactions via credit and debit cards are subject to security and validation checks, this is to ensure both parties are safe and free from any fraudulent activity.

Return
You are able to return the item(s), but there are some rules to follow.

1. We unable to accept all pierced jewelry, according to hygiene reason.
2. The items MUST be unworn and in the same condition that they need been sent.
3. The customer has to responsible for your shipping cost of your returned item(s).
4. The customer had to responsible for your shipping cost if you send the item(s) back for fixing or re-plating.
5. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. Whereas, we will choose the best global carrier company that you can track your items until they arrived to your hands.
6. If you have found your jewelry damaged or not in the right condition at the day you received the item(s). your need to follow these instructions.

You have to inform us within 7 days after received and send the picture of a defective or damaged item, by e-mail to Amul.accessories@gmail.com

You must send the item(s) within 7 days after our confirmation e-mail.

If exceed 7 days after received the item(s), you cannot claim the new item(s).

However, you send the damage item(s) for fixed, but customers have to repressible for fixing cost and shipping service for return item(s) back to you. (The cost of fixing is around $25 - $35/ and shipping fee is depending on which choice that you choose).
